What can I say, my man Wender came through. I live in a condo unit that needed it's Packaged Terminal AC units replaced. The issue was, the new units were smaller than the old requiring construction work to be had to accommodate. Wender personally came over to observe the exact work that had to be done. We even walked around other condo units to see the best path forward as this work is rather unique. I will say, that level of detail and preparation paid off! I specifically went with Team VP because of this reason. I didn't get some random quote over the phone or some random guy giving a quote. This was the guy doing the work! The finished product is awesome and quality is superior. Will deff use them again.

We needed to redo our entire master bathroom due to improper flooring installation which caused a whole mess of issues. Team VP Construction was a dream to work with from start to finish. They provided a reasonable, detailed estimate, got to work quickly, offered advice for tile options, and provided us progress updates throughout the project. They are masters of their craft and the work that was done is impeccable. We highly recommend Team VP Construction not only for the quality of work they deliver, but because of their excellent communication and professionalism. All members of the team were incredibly kind and left our home cleaner and more beautiful than it has ever been. We will definitely be contacting them for any future work we need to have completed.

We would recommend Team VP for any construction or remodeling needs. Wender and his team are professional, courteous, and gave us a fair price for renovating our bathrooms, finishing our basement and laying flooring. They always showed up on time and cleaned up when they were done each night. The work turned out great. 5 stars for Team VP!

Wender and his team did an amazing job renovating our primary bathroom and fixing some dry wall through our home. We started with fixing some tile to changing everything flooring, tile, lights, vanity, toilet, exhaust. Wender was flexible and easy to communicate with. Everything is so well done. All the issues I had with our previously (faucets slow, slow drains, exhaust fan not working) everything was fixed! When I saw things that I wanted to change as the project when on, or panicked over finding the correct threshold, Wender was professional and patient while offering expert advice. Highly recommend!

We recently completed a kitchen renovation with Wender and his team at Team VP Construction, and overall, we are very pleased with the results. The kitchen was completed not just on time, but actually a week ahead of schedule, and the outcome is absolutely stunning. Wender's attention to detail and hands-on approach were evident throughout the project, as he personally did a significant portion of the work himself and was consistently accessible for any questions or concerns we had. The entire crew was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. They demonstrated impressive dedication, arriving around 7:30am nearly every day and consistently working hard throughout the day. Additionally, we really appreciated that the job site was meticulously cleaned at the end of each day, making the renovation much easier to manage. One area we felt could be improved was transparency regarding change orders. While the quality of work was excellent, clearer communication about change orders and providing detailed cost information prior to completing additional work, rather than afterward, would enhance the overall experience. That said, we would happily recommend Wender and Team VP Construction for their exceptional workmanship, reliability, and professionalism.

Wender went above and beyond, was super communicative, and did an amazing job painting the full interior and exterior, refinishing wood floors, gutting and renovating a full bathroom, and relocating laundry to a new space (building out a laundry closet, moving connections, etc). All done within the scheduled time. Couldn’t have had a better experience - have worked with many other contractors before and this was the most efficient, excellent work done, and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

We've had Wender and Team VP Construction work on several projects in our townhouse ranging from moving our laundry room to the top floor to replacing faucets, rebuilding outdoor stairs, and fixing electrical outlets. Every time Team VP Construction has been professional and the work they've done has been very high quality and reasonably priced. The team cleaned up the workspace at the end of each day and always treated our home with care and respect. We are exceptionally please with all the work they’ve done. I highly recommend Wender and his team for your home remodeling and repair projects!!

Team VP did an outstanding job fixing our front door and installing several shelves around the house. They were corteous and very detail-oriented. I’m very happy with the result and think it was fairly priced. Definitely asking them to do our next job.

Wender and his team were great! They were at my house for about 5 weeks. Arrived promptly every morning and cleaned up every night before leaving. As one does when you are doing a project, I ended up adding 3 more projects on top of the original one and I had a couple of “hey what if we…” moments. The team handled them with patience and skill. They didn’t gouge me, his pricing is really fair. I felt like everyone’s skills were used properly. They even fixed a repair I’d done in a “good enough” manner to be done in a “very good” manner. I will hire Team VP again and have already given their name to a friend. Don’t hesitate to hire these guys, they will do a great job.
